 Computech offers Remote Support as an lower cost alternative to on Site Services.  Sometimes you may need assistance romoving viruses, backing up data or installing software or networking your printer on your home network and usually does not require a technician to be there. 

Based on your needs, sometimes the work you require may be more extensive and require our affordable on site service.

With Computech's Remote Services, you will save 25% over the cost of on site service.  If our Remote Services did not take care of the problem, we will deduct the amount you paid for the on line service and apply it to the cost of the on site service call. If your computer requires work in our lab, we will pick up and deliver your computer at no additional cost of repair.
